Bama Candles

We have a flat rate of $5.99 shipping to anywhere within the Continental U.S.A. for retail purchases. We ship U.P.S. and United States Postal Service. Insurance is provided, at no cost to you, for lost or damaged items. If damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days after receiving items. With U.P.S., you will be able to track all of the shipments. With U.S.P.S. you will receive an email confirmation when the packages are shipped.

Please Note. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes, so please provide a physical address when ordering.

 Shipments Outside The Continental USA

We currently do not ship outside the Continental U.S.A. We only ship to 48 states.

Summer Shipments

During the summer months, when temperatures are HOT, try to schedule someone to receive the package just as a precaution. During this time, we will ship Monday ,Tuesday and Wednesday (depending on your location). This is so the package will not sit over the weekend in the heat.


All retail merchandise that is to be returned to Bama Scentsational Candles must notify us within seven (7) days after receiving merchandise and all items must be returned within thirty (30) days to be eligible for refund or exchange. Only merchandise that has not been used will be eligible for refund or exchange. All unisured merchandise that has been damaged during transit back to Bama Scentsational Candles will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please Note: For exchanges only, the customer is responsible for all shipping, packaging and insurance to and from Bama Scentsational Candles.

 Wholesale Shipping and Return

All sales are final . No cash refunds. Please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective product. These items will be replaced or a store credit will be issued. We must be notified within seven (7) days after receiving merchandise. By purchasing wholesale from Bama Scentsational Candles you are in agreement to these terms and conditions.
